These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Duos mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using Duos, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility

However, by posting content, you grant Duos a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Service for operational and promotional purposes.

You own or have the right to post the content.
The content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
5. Safety and Interactions
Duos is a platform for meeting other gamers. We do not conduct full background checks and are not responsible for user behavior.
You agree to:

Never share sensitive personal or financial information.
Report inappropriate behavior through in-app tools.
6. Payments and Subscriptions (If Applicable)
If Duos offers paid features:
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, and design elements of Duos are owned by Duos, Inc. or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without permission.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

We make no warranties regarding:
Continuous availability

Compatibility or results from using the Service
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duos, Inc. shall not be liable for:

User-to-user disputes or harm
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Duos in the past 12 months (if any).
